Proper care and maintenance are crucial to extending the life of your rug or mat. For products like the Cotton Neutral Mat and the Cotton Mat, regular vacuuming is recommended to remove dust and debris. In case of spills, it's important to blot the area immediately with an undyed cloth to prevent stains. These cotton rugs should not be dry-cleaned or exposed to harsh chemicals, and they should not be folded or kept in airtight bags. Instead, store them rolled up to avoid creases. For longevity, avoid direct sunlight which can cause fading, and rotate the rug regularly to ensure even wear. Professional cleaning is recommended for deeply embedded dirt or persistent stains.
